Kristin is the Project Assistant for our Construction Management as Agent work with the NNSA National Security Campus. She helps the CM team to review design documents for conformance with solicitation for offers, review of construction work, monitoring CPM schedule for Fast Tracked construction process, preparation of independent cost estimates and advising contracting officer regarding project problems.
