As Director of Healthcare, Steve has experience in the master planning, programming and design of healthcare projects ranging from $100,000 to $50,000,000. His experience has spanned critical access, regional and urban hospitals in a complete range of project types. In particular Steve has extensive experience in spearheading defining project goals and needs. This experience includes creating masterplans that maximize the Client’s performance, connecting with user groups to understand and develop their visions with clarity, and integrating patient care delivery with technology and design efficiencies. Central to that is the organized exchange of information to align all stakeholders successfully thru the programming, design and construction process.

My inspiration come from the two fingers touching in the Sistine Chapel: the creative spark of wisdom bringing vision to life!
