Kevin possesses a rare talent for leading the design process that revitalizes existing structures. Some of Kevin’s most visible projects have been New York Life, Commerce Trust, and President Hotel – all historic buildings that have breathed new life into downtown Kansas City. While balancing multiple tasks for his clients, Kevin leads with honesty and loyalty. Solving problems, balancing budget with aesthetics, and pleasing both the owner and visitor are all components of his method.
