Erich thrives on the relationships with the people around him, friends, family and colleagues. From their mix of talents, experiences, and skills he incorporates a little from each one to energize him. He utilizes creativity, experience and thought in designing projects for his clients. When not engaging those around him in thought-provoking discussions he enjoys a power ride on a Triumph two wheeler.
