Ben brings 37 years of experience to the architecture profession, gained from years of business ownership, community involvement and professional achievements. He has a passion for healthy, safe and productive environments which began during the “passive solar 70’s” and carries through to today. He is an advocate for affordable housing and strong neighborhoods, best achieved through the collaborative approach to the design process. His interest in efficiency and cost control is apparent in all his projects and is reflected in his straightforward and compassionate project management style.

Both my wife and I drive hybrid cars and through AIA Missouri I’ve been involved in the passage of Sustainability Laws in 2007 and 2008, as well as Governor Nixon’s 2009 Executive Order 9-18 for the reducing energy use in State buildings.
