Bob brings a wealth of experience in construction inspection on numerous multi-million dollar projects. Bob’s vast experience includes design document review, inspection, change order estimating, negotiation and processing, pay application review and approval, CPM schedule review and approval and claims management. During his 41 years with the GSA, his job assignments included General Inspector, Elevator Inspector, Boiler Inspector, Asbestos Abatement inspection and Contracting Officers Representative, (COR). Bob’s project construction management and inspection work exceeds $300 million in completed construction value.
