230,000 sf new construction

• We analyzed facilities, space requirements, corporate office trends, work flow process, and team organization concepts before starting the design. We assisted with their selection of a real estate representative and developer for a new build-to- suit facility. Due to space requirements anticipating growth of 100% nearly 50 different sites were examined.
• Sustainable features include the control of solar heat gain, and energy efficient lighting and building systems. Industry recognition includes awards from PCI, IES, and BOMA.
