300,000 sf renovation

• The 100-year old building, on the National Register of Historic Places, was equipped with a sophisticated state of the art building and telecommunication systems. The Walnut Street bank lobby and the monumental stair were restored and replicated to their original grandeur.
• An existing light well was infilled to increase efficiency and flexibility. Exterior work included roof and window replacement, and tuckpointing of masonry and stone. Using a multi-phased detailed construction plan, the bank maintained operations during construction. The project has received recognition from the AIA, Historic KC Foundation, and Buildings Magazine.
