LEED Certified

• EcoWorks was the first LEED Certified Speculative Office Building in the United States. The master plan includes six buildings on a 34-acre site representing nearly 400,000 sf of office space.
• Buildings feature an efficient management of energy through use of water-cooled air conditioning units and computerized monitoring. Sustainable elements include wind and solar power, stormwater reuse, native and naturalized plant materials, and preferred carpool parking.
