5,000 sf new construction

• The project featured the complete design and build-out of Sovereign Bank’s Chicago-based commercial real estate lending office. The colors and materials provide consistency in the bank’s nationwide offices while creating an identity unique to Chicago. The design created a comfortable, up-to-date design for the current staff while allowing room for growth and expansion.
• The project included coordination of design and installation of custom, sustainable furniture. The workstations are recyclable and contain recycled materials.
