120,000 sf new construction

• Designed a new 4-story building and the interior spaces to house the BKD Springfield practice and the BKD Corporate office. The footprint of the building is designed around the existing site including a street-level fountain.
  
• Abundant natural light and floor to ceiling glass creates a modern, open feel to the space. Interiors and furnishings were selected to reflect the culture and history of BKD.
• The buiilding is going through the process to be LEED Silver Certified.
  
• Working under an ongoing contract to renovate multiple facilities throughout the midwest.
