• A new master plan updates the more than 40 year old building to meet the client’s expanding needs through 2015 and beyond. New office space planning brings daylight to nearly every employee improving productivity. The new center courtyard between the existing building and addition creates an inviting space for employee enjoyment.
• The environmentally friendly landscaping and plantings on the 62 acre site will reduce the need for watering and mowing, saving money and decreasing pollutants.
