Why do we ♥ architecture? Because it allows us to be in a profession that not only promotes but actually requires teamwork. It’s hard to find work places that exemplify teamwork. Most work environments tend to focus on personal goals and rewards. The concentration is on ‘me’ the individual. Architecture fosters teamwork creating a work culture that values collaboration. Our profession attracts diverse people, ideas and experiences. We love being in an environment where people understand and believe that thinking, planning, decisions and actions are done cooperatively. This thinking extends beyond our office to include our Consultants, Owners and Contractors. We ♥ architecture because we truly believe, “That None of Us is as Good as All of Us.”
