Cottey College, a women's college located in Nevada, Missouri, has selected Gastinger Walker Harden Architects to design their new fine arts instructional building. This new building will be about 10,000 sf will hold a varity of classes including ceramics, painting, photography, design, drawing, printmaking, and sculpture. Work has aldready started in meeting with faculty, staff and students about the needs and goals of the new building, with the design of the building completed by the end of next year. Currently, fine arts classes are held in Neale Hall. As part of our work with the school, it will be determined whether to add to the existing facilities or to build a new builing instead.
