Have completed a master plan and over 30 projects for this long-term client. The housing renovations are designed to accommodate the changing lifestyles of senior residents. The renovated living units have increased space and amenities such as private patios/balconies, larger kitchens, living spaces, and guest bedrooms.
The new multi-purpose commons building features extensive natural light and warm materials and colors. The new multi- tenant commercial space offers amenities appropriate to residents in the full-continuum of care including a wellness clinic, food services and a thrift shop.
