360 residential units; 22 acre redevelopment

• A redevelopment of nine city blocks in the urban downtown area for housing and retail spaces. The medium density plan calls for over 360 housing units incorporating single family, townhouse and apartment living.
• A new plan incorporates abundant landscaping and communal green spaces with a clubhouse and an iconic element at 5th & Cherry will serve as an organizing element to the redeveloped neighborhood. Green spaces include wind power generation with the development supporting the downtown revitalization.
