107 units; 350,000 sf renovation

• The 19-story landmark building is an adaptive reuse of the only AIA Gold Medal Honor Award building in Kansas City and is on theNational Register of Historic Places.
• We are renovating the building into 107 luxury condos with custom residential layouts with numerous amenities and spectacular views of downtown provide high-end residential living. The simplicity of new design elements respect the historic value of Mies Van der Rohe inspired design. The renovation required extensive HAZMAT abatement efforts required demolition down to the original structure.
