300,000 sf new construction

• The master plan addressed needs for administration, processing laboratory and warehouse functions supporting their clinical diagnostic testing services. The mechanical systems for laboratory building were designed to control and eliminate contamination and extensive security features were incorporated to withstanding seismic and storm disasters.
• The design concept focused on two-story atrium providing interaction spaces and abundant natural light with the atrium enabling customers to view processing operation without contaminating the laboratory space.
