• Brandon Woods is a 38-acre retirement neighborhood. The 3-phased renovation features work on the north and south health center buildings. The south renovations included new dining facilities and Alzheimer’s lounge and the north renovations included a skilled nursing wing, main dining room, administrative offices and foodservice kitchen. New amenities included country kitchens in residential spaces.
• A fourth phase began in 2008 to renovate the atrium, coffee shop, library and other common areas.
