PROJECT INSIGHTS

• Project types range from 10,000 sf new single story, build-to-suit leased office buildings to 200,000 sf renovations of multi-story, government owned rederal office buildings and courthouses.
• Responsibilities include review of design documents, schedules, cost estimates, submittals, change orders, labor standards, contractor payment applications, managing weekly site meetings, inspection of construction work and final acceptance at project close-out.
