SCOPE

5 buildings; 1,550,000 sf; 185 acres; $500 Million; 2008-2014

Campus to be delivered under a long-term, build-to suit lease arrangement. Facilities relocated from Bannister Federal Complex to 147th Street and Botts Road in south Kansas City, Missouri.
Services include supporting GSA with technical reviews of Offers during pre-development phase. Following lease award, responsibilities include full-time on-site construction management team, review of design documents for conformance with solicitation for offers, review of construction work, monitoring CPM schedule for Fast Tracked construction process, preparation of independent cost estimates and advising contracting officer regarding project problems.
