SCOPE

4 phases; 1,200,000 sf renovation; $220 Million; 2000-2014

Likely the most complicated building renovation project ever undertaken by the GSA Heartland Region because of hazardous material abatement and construction work occurring in a fully occupied building.
CM Team includes construction executive, two architects, one mechanical/electrical engineer and one environmental inspector.
Services include development of construction implementation strategy, design document review, monitoring project budget, assistance during procurement phase, review of construction work, monitoring submittal process, monitoring CPM schedule, direction of weekly management meetings, conducting labor standards interiors and monitoring HVAC commissioning.
Winner of the 2008 GSA Design Excellence Award for Building Modernization.
