Campus master plan; 38,000 sf renovation; 18,000 sf new construction
- Developed a 25 year master plan to allow the college to grow from 1,300 to 3,000 students. The plan improves internal
organization, circulation and parking allowing land areas to be designated for academic, residential and building growth.
- The renovated Student Union provides a space keeping with the tradition of the campus while creating a space for student gatherings, outdoor activities and socializing. Incorporated new technology to promote the college’s forward thinking
approach to education.
- Multifaceted design of the renovated Fred & Shirley Pryor Center for Leadership keeps the original neo-georgian architecture facing campus while creating a dynamic, modern facade that welcomes the community.
