Campus master plan; 5,000 sf renovation; 27,000 sf new

• The multi-phased plan includes new Early Childhood Center connected to an existing grades 1-8 building to be renovated in Phase 2, all while maintaining school operations. A connection between Day School, EEC and church is created by way of an enclosed/trellis walkway.
• An image projecting openness was balanced with security concerns. Due to site constraints, the building footprint, parking, circulation and connections were critical planning issues and was coordinated with community and city officials.
