Campus master plan; 54,000 sf new construction & renovation

• The Dodge Painting building incorporated two existing buildings creating a new facility to support the nationally renowned institute. The building is oriented toward the campus helping to define the campus’ centralized green space. State-of-the-art studio spaces integrate natural and artificial lighting to create dynamic and inspiring spaces.
• Renovations to the Irving Building featured a new outdoor student work area with custom Corten panels that can open to create a public space. New signage and wayfinding are helping to create an identity for the school in this artisticly significant neighborhood.
